2.2. By subscribing, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UK law.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

3.1. Subscriptions are recurring and billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.

3.2. First Payment: By purchasing a subscription, you agree that the first payment is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

3.3. Subsequent payments will continue to be billed automatically unless the subscription is canceled according to our Cancellation Policy (see Section 6).

3.4. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services until the payment is successfully processed.

3.5. Prices are listed in GBP and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Usage and Restrictions

4.1. The subscription link provided to you is for your personal use only. Sharing this link or our content with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the service without a refund.

4.2. Any form of copying, redistributing, or reproducing our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4.3. KymzoBets provides content for informational and entertainment purposes only. Our tips and strategies are not guaranteed to result in financial gain, and users are advised to stake only what they are prepared to lose.

4.4. Nothing in our content constitutes financial advice. By subscribing, you acknowledge that any financial decisions made are your own responsibility.

4.5. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription without notice if we find you in breach of these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. KymzoBets provides content for informational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee success or outcomes based on our tips or strategies.

5.2. Users should only stake amounts they are prepared to lose. Gambling involves risks, and we shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred.

5.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use of our services, including indirect or consequential losses.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. First Payment: You cannot cancel or request a refund for your first payment. This payment is non-refundable and locked in.

6.2. Subsequent Payments:

You must provide at least 10 days' notice before your next billing date to cancel your subscription.

Cancellation requests must be sent to kymzobets@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request." Include your full name, email, order number, and reason for cancellation.

If you fail to notify us within the required timeframe, your subscription will renew for the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for that period.

6.3. All cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle once confirmed.

6.4. We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions at our discretion, with refunds issued on a pro-rata basis for unused services if applicable.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Refunds will not be issued for the first payment or for any billing cycles already started.

7.2. Refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8.2. By purchasing a subscription, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the Cancellation Policy. You also acknowledge the risks associated with gambling and accept that KymzoBets does not guarantee financial success or provide financial advice.
